Digital ID cards can be accessed 24/7 by creating an account with BlueCross BlueShield North Carolina online at BlueConnectNC.com or by downloading the Blue Connect app to your smart phone or device. To create your account, you will need to use your Member ID number. If your Member ID is still pending, please use your personal information to register your account.

Follow these steps to find your Member ID:

1. Visit students.care26.com and log in.
2. Click on the Menu button located in the top-left corner of your dashboard and select "My Insurance."
3. Find and select the “Enrollment” link for your coverage that is currently in an “Active” status.
   • Note: Enrollments that are in a "Pending" status are still waiting on a Member ID assignment from the insurance carrier.
4. Your Member ID can be found in the details section of your enrollment.

Main Campus Undergraduate students registered for 12 or more credit hours in a single semester are required to carry a health insurance plan that provides coverage while in the state of North Carolina.

We will enroll students who have not submitted a waiver at the close of the portal.

College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences (CPHS), and School of Osteopathic Medicine (CUSOM) students are required to carry a health insurance plan that provides coverage while in the state of North Carolina. six (6) or more credit hours in a single semester are eligible to enroll in the student health insurance plan.

Students who enroll in the University plan may also elect to insure any dependents for an additional cost paid directly to the insurance company.

International students are required to carry the Campbell University student insurance plan.

We will enroll students who have not submitted a waiver at the close of the portal, but this will not be finalized until mid-September in the fall and mid-February in the spring.

Graduate and Professional program students registered for six (6) or more credit hours in a single semester are eligible to enroll in the student health insurance plan.

Click the button below to Enroll in Medical Insurance if you meet the requirements of a Qualifying Event. After logging into your account, please click on the menu icon in the top left corner and select Qualifying Event.
